I don't put these up often but this is definitely a must try recipe. We had it last night and it is so Yummy! It's titled as BBQ chicken Casserole but really it was like a sweet and sour chinese chicken. I'm not normally a huge fan of sweet and sour but I can make an exception for this. Even Mr. X and Monkey loved it and went for a 2nd helping. So try it....you LOVE it!
